‘SEMARAK RASA’ NIGHTLY BUFFET

With the fasting month just around the corner, Concorde reveals its ‘Semarak Rasa’ promotion which will feature an exciting myriad of flavours – kampung classic dishes and signature favourites. Promotion will begin May 17 till June 14, 2018 at Melting Pot Café.

Sharing a meal to break fast together is a beautiful tradition. Not only does a Ramadan buffet give you and your loved ones a chance to catch up, it provides a moment of togetherness. From traditional kampung style dishes to international favourites, your family will appreciate iftar with these mouthwatering delicacies. About 150 dishes will be featured each night.

Amongst the not-to-be-missed kampung specialities are ikan keli berlado, udang sambal tempoyak, siput sedut lemak cili api, siput sedut daun selasih, gulai urat lembu berserai, asam pedas ekor lembu bunga kantan, ayam masak ros, kurma telur, ikan patin masak tempoyak, pucuk manis dengan keledek, nangka lemak ikan bilis, and daging dendeng kering berlado.

This year, Chefs have added another star attraction – a la minute seafood featuring ketam goreng berempah, udang galah goreng berempah, lala goreng tiga rasa and lala kam heong style.

Apart from these kampung highlights, diners can tuck into all time Melting Pot popular items like sup gearbox, sup tulang rawan, sup ekor, ikan bakar percik and stuffed whole lamb with briyani rice. *Three different buffet menus on daily rotation.

Buffet Supper ‘Sahur’
A special buffet supper spread awaits… For those who wish to have their ‘sahur’ (pre-dawn meal), swing by for some good food. Amongst the local favourites that will be served include bubur lambuk, mee mamak, nasi lemak, teochew porridge, assorted sandwiches and more.

Fri & Sat (11.00 pm – 5.30 am)
