Royale Vietnam @ Sky Avenue : A taste of Vietnam

May 8, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Royale Vietnam surprises me with the good choices of Vietnamese delights. And this time, we visited their outlet in Sky Avenue. Royale Vietnam brings you a variety choices of Vietnamese food which is simply comfort food to go for.

With the beautiful interior; the restaurant serves you with a wide choices of Vietnamese delights that is definitely tempt you till the fullest. Not just the restaurant are beautifully decorated with the Vietnamese influence but the staff dressed up like one too.

Saigon Fried Spring Roll (RM 18/20)

We started off with the Cha Guo which comes interestingly delicious. The pan fried Vietnamese spring rolls are packed with loads of flavours and ingredients in it.

Bitter melon Soup (RM 25/ 27)
The nutritious soup which is packed with the bitter sweet taste in it. For those who love bittergourd, this is indeed a perfect choice for you.

Braised Pork Served with Eggs (RM 36/38)
This is addictive and it is the star dish. The Vietnamese Caramelized Pork and Eggs is the absolutely a traditional Vietnamese Dish of Pork Belly and boiled eggs, slowly braised in coconut juice. Like most Vietnamese Dishes, it is eaten with white rice and sides with the fresh or boiled vegetables. The highlights is of course the pork where the pork belly comes simply tender and with the falls of the bones texture.

House Special Stewed Fish ( RM 38/42)
Enjoy this claypot stewed fish which is the traditional authentic Vietnamese dish. The cooks heated up the clay pot to maintain the heat longer. One of the popular dis in Vietnam, we love how the fish is done. Nice, fresh and aromatic.

House Special Mix Vegetables (RM 25/27)
Ends your meal with some vegetables.
For those who are looking for some comfort food here in Sky Avenue, do pop to Royale Vietnam to enjoy them.
