Puttin’ On a Festive Feast at The Ritz- Carlton Kuala Lumpur

The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur is pleased to present its inaugural Festive Feast in conjunction with the fasting month. The chefs at The Cobalt Room will be cooking up a stellar showcase of signature dishes representative of the 13 states in Malaysia and in addition to that, Middle Eastern specialties.

Executive Chef Chad-Jan Neuman and his team will showcase their culinary skills in the form of an exquisite buffet experience, taking guests on a gastronomic journey through colourful Malaysia. The palates will enjoy flavourful signature dishes from Perlis to Penang, Kelantan to Terengganu, Malacca to Johor and all the way east to Sabah and Sarawak.

Savour yourself till the fullest where you can start your buffet with some delicious appetisers. They comes with a variety choices of appetisers such as the kerabu, Penang Rojak, Salads and more.

Don’t miss out the well known dishes from each state such as Asam Pedas Ikan Tenggiri from Malacca, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak from Pahang, Laksa from Kedah, Nasi Kerabu from Terengganu, Penang Rojak and more. Guests will also be able to experience delightful offerings from Sabah and Sarawak and a spread of Middle Eastern favorites will also be featured.

The decadent dessert counter will feature classics for further indulgence and that include Kek Lapis Sarawak, Talam Pandan Sabah, and Cik Mek Molek from Kelantan – this is just the perfect way to conclude the evening of exceptional food and company.

Embark on this vibrant and delectable culinary adventure and discover or reminisce the intricate flavors and textures interwoven to create an especially memorable dining experience during the festive month.

The Festive Feast at The Cobalt Room on Level One will be from 15 May to 12 June between 6.30pm to 10pm. It is priced at MYR118 nett per adult and MYR59 nett per child 12 years and below.
