Oriental Treasure @ The Sphere

May 28, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

One of my favorite Chinese Restaurant in town never fails me with great meals. The restaurant is famed for their banquet and dim sum which never fails us and it is of course had turned us to be their loyal customer.

And recently Oriental Group had expended their wings to Bangsar South opening their 9th Restaurant under their belt here.

Chilled Pork Stomach with Wasabi Sesame Sauce
Served cold on the table, the chilled pork stomach is simply delicious with the bouncy texture and topped with the crunchy nuts and creamy sesame sauce. It is simply mouth-watering and yet delicious blend of taste which give you a touch of umph from the wasabi.

Radish Cake ‘Typhoon Shelter’ Style
This is another famous dish here. Crispy bites at the outside while inside remains its juiciness.

Wolfberry Shoots Soup with Fresh Beancurd Skin
Grab a bowl of hearty soup where this bowl of hearty soup is packed with the generous Chinese herbs in it. The Wolfberry Shoots Soup comes warm and delicious and topped with the Fresh Beancurd Skin.

Pan-Fried Foie Gras with Soft-Boiled Egg
For those who love Foie Gras, assured to order this where the foie gras is perfectly well pan fried till perfection and it is then topped with the foie gras on top. Enjoy the creamy texture of the foie gras together with the creamy oozy soft-boiled egg which makes it even heavenly.

The Three Cones
These are just beautifully presented. The presentation is just beautiful where the cones are stuffed with delicious ingredients in 3 cones. The 3 cones are just superbly good where each of them is stuffed with the premium ingredients in it.

Fiery Baby Duck
The fiercy baby duck is one of the highlights.  Grab this awesomely prepared where the baby duck has no pungent smell as well.  The meat is tender and moist with the crispy skin and light herbs aromas in it. One of our favorites that night.

Seafood Medallion in Flaming Pineapple
Seafood lovers would definitely be falling in love with the Seafood Medallion in Flamming Pineapple. Enjoy the delicious flaming delicious seafood balls which is packed with prawns in it. The seafood balls come simply juicy and once a bite; you can taste the flavours and the ooziness of it into your mouth.

Miso Baked Cod Fish with Capsicums
This is simply Instagram- friendly. The pieces of the moist and juicy cod fish is perfectly baked till perfection with miso. Sides with capsicums.
Radish Cake ‘Typhoon Shelter’ Style

Asides from a variety of main course, Oriental Treasures also comes up with the Mini Bowl concept which cater for small eaters And we tried the Steamed Rice with Pork Belly & Shrimp Paste and the Steamed Rice with Soft Shell Crab & Crispy Rice.

Everything must end with a sweet touch where we ended our meal with the Chilled Durian Tart. Oh my god! Durian lover would definately get crazy about the delicious cold creamy tart with the fragrant D24 durian with it.
