Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur launches new Surf N’ Turf at The Mill Cafe

Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur is set to impress both seafood and meat lovers with an extensive buffet spread with its all new Surf N’ Turf night promotion, available on Saturday nights only at The Mill Cafe.  Pamper yourself with the luxurious and yet satisfying buffet spread with the variety of fresh seafood on ice and live grilled dishes. Diners can expect to indulge in oysters, scallop, prawns, yabby lobster, green and black mussels, crabs, beef kebab and more.

Grab the small bites from the appetizer section and dig into their Miniature Prawn Cocktail Salad, Home-Smoked Beef Tenderloin on Sun Melon and Seafood Terrine with Honey Mustard dressing.
The seafood on ice section is heavenly good where they are show-casting a wide a selection of prawns, crab, scallop, oyster and green mussels being offered which are accompanied by vinaigrette, lemon wedge, thousand island and Tabasco sauce to bring out its existing rich flavours.

The live grill section features a roasted carve beef with roots vegetable which steals the show and guests can find Salmon Fillet in Banana Leaf, Seabass Fillet, Lamb Chopped, Kebab Skewers amongst other red and white meat available.

In addition to the extensive seafood and meat affair, diners are invited to enjoy local flavours in the Chinese, Indian and Malay section where they can find delicious Briyani Rice, Butter Naan, Aloo Tikki, Yong Chow Fried Rice, Nyonya Asam Fish and Mee Goreng Mamak.

Priced at RM 168.00 nett per person, the Surf N’ Turf promotion will be available every Saturday night from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at The Mill Cafe, located on the first floor.
