Tokyo’s sushi legend, the three-Michelin-starred Chef Takashi Saito had recently visited Hong Kong’s fine dining haven, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, to get ready for the opening of his very first overseas branch.

Now I am not just confident about the opening but sincerely look forward to meeting all the food lovers in Hong Kong this Spring.”
Sushi Saito Hong Kong is set to open on March 25, 2018 while Chef Saito will visit Hong Kong to host a two-day opening gala. Further details will soon be announced.
