Start the evening with an amuse bouche of Black truffle and mixed wild mushroom parfait, homemade brioche designed to excite the palate followed with an appetizer of Seared scallops, green pea, cream, micro herb. The love birds have an option of Lobster, chargrilled asparagus, cepes emulsion, mixed herb or New Zealand lamb loin served with apple mint chutney, potatoes au gratin and fresh baby carrot as main course. Sweet ending comes in the form of a Dark chocolate parfait, burnt orange, caramelized walnuts, milk, chocolate ice cream.
At Dynasty Restaurant, Executive Sous Chef Kok Chee Kin has invented two (2) Cantonese
set menus that are equally as delicious. His exquisite 5-course creation is priced at RM188nett per person while the 6-course menu is RM288nett per person inclusive of a
glass of wine.
Highlights from the two (2) set menus include Wok-seared tenderloin of beef, greens and mushroom cream sauce, Braised abalone, greens and Peking duck roll with almond chicken stuffed with fish paste.
