Celebrate Chinese New Year with us in Zende Restaurant and relish in our various “fortune” fare that would make your year more memorable and wholesome!

PROSPERITY YEE SANG

Day : Mondays – Sundays
Validity : 01 February – 04 March 2018
Time : 11.00 am – 10.00 pm
Price : From RM 50 nett per portion

For a year of prosperity and good health, Zende Restaurant presents an array of Chinese New Year dishes to usher in this auspicious Lunar New Year. Amongst all favourites, indulge in a serving of this colourful raw fish dish, Yee Sang.

Our Chefs are preparing several exquisite types of Yee Sang for you to choose from such as Abalone, Salmon, Jellyfish, and Vegetarian (Mixed Fruits and Seaweed). Diners may also inquire on our exclusive Lobster Yee Sang for availability.
This must-have dish is served with traditional plum sauce and condiments. It is available for eat-in and takeaway for both lunch and dinner. May you have an abundance of wealth, prosperity and success for the whole year of 2018.

CNY EVE BUFFET DINNER

Day : Thursday
Validity : 15 February 2018
Time : 6.30 pm – 10.30 pm
Price : RM 130 nett per person

Celebrate the abundance of prosperity with a selection of sumptuous buffet spread at Zende Restaurant. Specially created for this auspicious occasion, the Chinese New Year Eve Dinner showcases local and Oriental favourites!

Wallow in our appetizers such as Smoked Salmon Platter, Chinese Cold Platter, Egg Salad with Black Caviar, Peppered Beef with Orange and Apple Salad, and Sea Delicacies Soup with Tofu to name a few.

Our main courses like Roasted Duck and Chicken with Condiments, Dim Sum, Braised Wuxi Style Lamb Shoulder with Spicy Chilli Sauce, Steamed Barramundi Fillet with Nyonya Sauce, Deep Fried Crab Claw with Cheese Chilli Padi Sauce, Kailan with Black Mushroom and Sea Cucumber, and Braised Beef Ribs with BBQ Honey and Lychee Sauce are not to be missed.

To complete your hearty meal, indulge in the many choices of desserts selection such as Chinese New Year Cookies, Sweetened Red Bean Paste, Chocolate Truffle Cake, Summer Pudding, Orange Crème Brulee, Dark and White Chocolate Mousse, Chilled Sago Cream with Honeydew Melon, Japanese Omochi, and Cinnamon Bread and Butter Pudding.

REUNION SET

Day : Mondays – Sundays
Validity : 05 – 28 February 2018
Time : 12.30 pm – 3.00 pm (lunch) and 6.30 pm – 10.30 pm (dinner)
Price : RM 1,288 / RM 1,588 / RM 2,018 nett per table of 10 persons

Chinese New Year is one of the many major occasions where people are looking forward to celebrating with families and friends. Plan out your get togetherness with our Reunion Set, such as Happiness (RM 1,288), Wealth (RM 1,588) and Longevity (RM 2,018).

For example, the Happiness Reunion Set dishes include Thai Style Jellyfish Yee Sang, Braised Hot and Sour Soup with Shredded Chicken and Crabmeat, Roasted Crispy Chicken Crackers, Pan Fried Garoupa Fish with Honey Sauce, Cheesy Baked Tiger Prawns, Braised Vegetables with Sea Moss and Dried Oyster, Fried Rice with Scallops and Anchovies, Hong Kong Sweet Dainties, and Sweetened Red Bean Paste with Glutinous Dumplings.

ORIENTAL COMBO ALA CARTE MENU

We also have Oriental Combo Ala Carte option on the Menu for light diners who would prefer to have single dishes.

Furthermore, to mark the celebration of this auspicious occasion and as a yearly tradition of the hotel, a Lion Dance performance has been scheduled on the 13th day of Chinese New Year (on 28 February 2018) commencing from the main lobby.
