COOLBLOG OPENS FIRST EVER MALAYSIAN STORE IN MELAWATI MALL

February 1, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Marking their 10th year in the industry, CoolBlog is opening its first ever largest store in Melawati Mall. Being a kiosk based beverage brand, CoolBlog has now taken a leap into its branding by revealing its new, refreshed and urbanised look.

What started as a kiosk-based dessert beverage brand has captivated the hearts of Malaysians by creatively infusing local and global flavours to create delectable ice blended and smoothie based creations.  CoolBlog, as the international brand is known, is a Malaysian home-grown success story, introducing over 25 flavours of beverages and desserts with over 300 product variants.

This new 973 square feet dine-in store and concept conveys a more urbanised look and feel to customers. It has wooden fittings and frames as the base of its main counter. The familiar pink hue has evolved and is now a classy combination of black and pink that can be seen throughout the store. The new colour scheme paired with its sleek furniture will be sure to give you an urban feel.

“We saw Melawati Mall as the best location to start our flagship store as its location was within the busy urban area, and falls in line with our new target audience. The mall is constantly patronised by students, and families around the Klang Valley and this is an ideal place to start. We are also located right next to the cinema which is a perfect location given the daily traffic.” said Keith Loh, CEO of CoolBlog Apps Sdn Bhd.

“This store opening is just one of many in the pipeline for us and we are looking to expand our growth into stores. We are also expanding the business to East Malaysia, we are opening franchising opportunities catered specially for women entrepreneurs, and a whole host of other things” he added.
CoolBlog is also offering a ‘limited edition beverage’ in conjunction with the store opening. This beverage is available from today onwards and will only be offered in the Melawati Mall branch until 28 February 2018.

“Now that the skies are starting to clear once again with sunlight streaming through, our bright baby blue coloured drink topped with ice cream with its refreshing taste is sure to cool you down” Keith continued.
