Celebrate Chinese New Year @ New World Hotel

Chef Alex who is behind the scene for this menu creation will surprise you with their CNY food.
 
齐齐捞起 (三文鱼海蜇鱼生)
Prosperity Yee Sang with Salmon and Jellyfish 
Starts of your Chinese New Year here with the delicious prosperity yee sang where the packed with the fresh cut of vegetables and also the chunks of salmon and jellyfish. It is simply delicious and awesome!
大吉大利 (干贝竹笙冬菇炖鸡汤)
Double-boiled Bamboo Piths with Dried Scallops and Mushrooms in Supreme Chicken Stock 
We love the bowl of soup which is packed with the flavours with the generous amount of herbs, dried scallops and the mushroom.
大展鸿图(芝麻脆皮鸡)
Crispy Roasted Sesame Chicken
If you are a big fans of chicken, don’t miss out this dish. The chicken comes generously good and awesome where they are well glazed with sesame and barbecue. Crispy skin with the cracky bites.
 
 
连年庆有 (鲜竹蒸海班鱼)
Steamed Sea Garoupa with Dried Bean Curd and Mandarin Orange Skin
Help yourself with the garoupa fish which is perfectly steamed. The fish comes with the delicate texture and  it is simply flaky.
皆大嘻哈笑 (咸蛋黄金酱大虾皇)
Stir-fried King Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk
 Don’t miss out the Stir – Fried King Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk. The prawns is just awesome with the bouncy texture and they are perfectly coated with the fragrant salted egg yolk
 
财源滚滚来 (双耳炒带子)
Stir-fried Scallops with Duo Fungus and Broccoli
And of course don’t miss out their Stir Fried Scallops with Duo Fungus and Brocolli. This is just a perfect combination and we are faling in love with the pulpy scallops that’s perfectly melts in the mouth
 
一帆风顺 (金沙海鲜炒饭)
Wok-style Fried Rice with Seafood and Crabmeat
And of course your meal with a bowl of fried rice. Lovely fried rice they have where they are packed with all the scrumptious ingredients.
