Alaskan Crab Delicacies at The Chinese Restaurant of Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui

February 6, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Celebrate an unforgettable Valentine this year at Monte Bianco Malaysia Cafe, Level 1, 35 & 36, IOI City Mall, Putrajaya. Enjoy, good foods in a nice cozy ambience!

14 Feb 2018, 4 course meals + beverages RM129/couple. Booking! Please call: 0382130753aThis spring, indulge in a selection of finely crafted Alaskan crab delicacies at The Chinese Restaurant.  Using a variety of Chinese cooking methods, Head Chef Kwai-kai Lo will showcase his culinary talents during March and April.

Enjoy an enticing dish and begin this crab feast with Chef Lo’s recommended chilled Alaskan crab leg in glutinous rice wine with wolfberry, where the fresh crab meat is marinated in glutinous rice and then paired with wolfberry to steam, before being served at a chilled temperature to create an alluring appetiser.  Guests looking for authentic Chinese preparation are encouraged to try the baked Alaskan crab meat with crab roe and pork in clay pot and the crispy glutinous dumpling with Alaskan crab meat and black eyed peas, both are inspired by Hakka-style dishes.

Savour delectable choices served in a clay pot, including Sichuan-style spicy hot Alaskan crab with mung bean noodles or the fiery deep-fried Alaskan crab in spiced salt, all served with a sizzling touch.  Another must-try dish is scrambled eggs with Alaskan crab meat, dried scallop, bean sprouts and vermicelli, which is cooked to perfection.

The Chinese Restaurant combines a modern art deco design masterfully blended with the essence of a traditional 1920s tea house, serving authentic Cantonese dishes. There are two private rooms for eight and 12 persons respectively.
