Experience an evening of pure indulgence with fine French cuisine, dainty canapes, exquisite wines and more at ‘Wine and Dine’ at Lafite, Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur every last Friday of the month starting 26 January 2018 from 7pm to 10.30pm at RM 320 nett per person.

Executive Chef Olivier Pistre has put together a new sumptuous menu consisting of the finest ingredients to give diners a unique dining experience. The evening starts off with pre-dinner wine tasting featuring a selection of red and white wines followed by a round of canapes.

The three-course dinner menu begins with 63ºC Egg Parfait, made with sorrel cream, wild mushrooms, walnut, pecorino romano, grapes and crispy tuile “Brioche”. The main course consists of Wood-grilled & Cohiba-smoked Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, served with “Ratte du Touquet” potato purée and Granny Smith & chestnut “Ragout” and beef jus followed by dessert, which comprises of French Millefeuille made with caramelized crispy puff pastry, blanc manger, Vanilla ice cream, Vanilla cream anglaise and Vanilla reduction.

Every two diners get a bottle of Australian wine from a selection of Penfolds Koonunga Hill – Autumn Riesling or Seventy-Six Chiraz Cabernet. Chilean wines will be served in February and American wines will be served in March.
