Uroko @ Nova Saujana

January 18, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

For those who are looking for great Japanese delights, Uroko is of course one of them. Uroko had expended their business from their first outlet in Section 17 Petaling Jaya, and now you can have your truly Japanese delights in Subang.
Walking in to the restaurant, it reflects you with a cosy ambience with the wood furnishing. The restaurant completed with private rooms, sushi bar and ample of sitting space and romantic dim lighting.
Jyo Sashimi Platter
We started up with the nice delicious meal where we are pampered with the Tokujyo Sashimi Platter. The platter is filled with the chunky salmon, fresh prawns, tuna and also kampachi on the bed of ice. The sashimi brings you with the melts in the mouth sensation.
Uni Tofu
Have the luxurious uni on top of the silky tofu. This is just superbly good and delicious. The Uni Tofu just melts in the mouth and you can taste the freshness of the uni in it.
Uroko Salad
The Uroko Salad is one of the signature here. Enjoy the softshell crab together with the salmon skin served with the sesame mayo sauce. The crispy fish skin and the softshell crab are well paired leaving you with the crispy bites and the refreshing greenies in it.
Spider Maki -soft shell crab maki
Enjoy the crunchy bites of soft shell crab maki which is topped with generous portion of tobiko. Every mouthful of the maki is perfect with the fragrant bites with the crispy texture
Foie Daikon
Enjoy the delicious pan fried foie gras with the white radish. The delicious foie gras is deliciously done with the melts in the mouth sensation. The foie gras remains its juiciness and moist.
Ikura Chawanmushi
A warm bowl of chawanmushi is enough to warm my tummy. I am so indulge with the chawanmushi where the egg custard is top with the generous portion of ikura in it.
Kimchi Nabe
The kimchi nabe is one of my favorites. The nabe is packed with sweetness and spicy hint. Deliciously done. It is well toppe with the generous portion of seafood on top making it even better. Oh my it is just so addictive!

If you love to get some bites of yakitori, this is a place to go for. Enjoy the delicious yakitori here where they are simply moist and juicy. The yakitori comes awesomely good and delicious where every mouthful are divinely good. You can go for the Sunaigimo ( Chicken Gizzard), Negi Ma ( Chicken Thigh with Leek) or even the tebasaki ( Chicken Wings)
Overall, Uroko definitely is my choice of Japanese food too. They have great choices of Japanese delights with great services.
