Celebrate love in the air and impress your valentine on February 14 at the Element Kuala Lumpur, with an awe-inspiring view.

Valentine’s Dinner @ TRACE restaurant & bar
Experience a gourmet evening in a candle-lit, romantic setting, at the TRACE restaurant & bar overlooking the cityscape and Petronas Twin Towers. This month, the culinary team will be serving a 4-course rustic Italian menu. Themed That’s Amore, the menu features notes of rustic, yet modern and luxurious concoctions.

That’s Amore

Cauliflower Foam

✅“Truffle”
Prawn mousse with watermelon rind pickle, bisque aioli and micro cress

✅Cannelloni
Spinach and ricotta with burn butter sage, crushed almond and shaved parmigiana
✅Lemon Myrtle Sorbet
✅Poached Halibut
Halibut fish in poaching liquid with truffle pomme purée, sauté medley vegetable
and salsa verde gremolata

✅Beef Cheek
Sous vide beef cheek with truffle pomme purée, sauté medley vegetable and natural jus

✅Tiramisu
Deconstructed Tiramisu with berries, raspberry pavlova and coffee crusted soil
Available on 14 February 2018, 7pm – 10.30pm. The Valentine’s Dinner is priced at RM388 nett per couple. With an additional RM150nett, you can enhance your meal and pair your 4-course meal with
fine wine. Dinner package is inclusive of:

Spend quality time with your loved one, choose to celebrate love on Valentine’s day or continue with
the pampering for the entire week. Stay in any of our guest rooms, between 9th– 18th February, and
surprise your partner with a love message written on the glass window; What’s better, you get to connect with your partner through a yoga session, and indulge in a romantic breakfast in bed the next
morning.
