Splendour of Spring at Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant One World Hotel Petaling Jaya

January 23, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Take a toss of these colourful yee sang and this year celebrate your Chinese New Year in the brand new Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant.  It is time again for “lou hei” with friends and family as well as Business partner with Zuan Yuan.
Starts your meal this year with the yee sang where they will be available from 1 January until March 2, 2018 for a great dining experience in their restaurant or you can grab the take away set from RM 118 nett per half portion. Have you yee sang of your choice where they have Yee Sang with Salmon and Crystal Pear (RM 128 / Half Portion | RM 198 /Full portion) , Yee Sang with Abalone and Crystal Pear (RM 158 / Half Portion | RM 268 /Full portion), Yee Sang with Abalone, Salmon Skin and Crystal Pear (RM 168 / Half Portion | RM 288 /Full portion) and the Fruit Yee Sang with Chef’s Special Sauce (RM 118 / Half Portion | RM 188 /Full portion).
We love the Braised Golden Pumpkin Soup with Sea Treasures where the soup comes simply flavourful and completes with the generous portion of sea treasures such as prawns and scallops.
BBQ Roasted Chicken and Duck Platter Zuan Yuan’s Style
Enjoy the delicious roasted chicken and duck platter comes in generous portion. Both the chicken and the duck are decently done. The chicken meat comes simply moist and juicy. Sides with some jelly fish at the side.
Spicy Wok Fried Sea White Prawn with Oat
Enjoy the scrumptious sea prawn which is well stir – fried till perfection and topped with the oats on top. This is just too addictive too.
Steamed Red Snapper Fish with Ginger Sauce topped with Crispy Shredded Ginger
Enjoy the red snapper which is well steam till perfection and they are them topped with the Ginger Sauce topped with Crispy Shredded Ginger.. I love how the taste of the shredded ginger which is topped on top where it brings you with the hint of light spiciness and fragrance in it.
Braised Slice Abalone, Mushroom and Green Garden
The sliced abalone is perfectly braised and then it is served with the huge mushroom and broccoli. Well infused with flavours, the sliced abalone remains its juiciness.
Ends your meals with the Chef’s Signature Claypot Rice with Fried yam , preserved Duck Meat and sausages. Enjoy the uniquely prepared claypot rice where it has the twist in it. The claypot rice comes with the complete fragrance and hint of the yam in it. Nicely prepared.
And we ended our meal with some sweet delicacies. The deep fried “nian gao” with Sweet Potato and the Sweetened Dried Longan with Six Treasure is indeed a good combination to perfection for abundant year a head.
The set menus are available for lunch and dinner and the prices at RM 1738 nett RM 1988 nett and RM 2218 nett for a table of ten with a complimentary bottle of wine or a box of Pu Er Tea.
Zuan Yuan remains open on the eve of Lunar New Year and throughout the festival period. For more information or reservation enquiries, do contact 602- 76311159 or email [email protected]
