Barnabus the horse officiates opening of The BAR°N at Citta Mall

January 29, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Residents and visitors around the vicinity of Ara Damansara now have a refreshing new spot to hang out, wine and dine in an amiable setting while indulging on a distinctly delectable menu of food and beverage offerings to please today’s most discerning palate. This is thanks to the opening of The BAR°N in Citta Mall – the eatery’s fourth outlet, following subsequent openings in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur and Penang.

Staying true to The BAR°N culture of delivering unique experiences and offerings to guests, this latest outlet was officiated in atypical fashion – by a horse. More particularly Barnabus the horse, relating back to the outlet’s overarching theme.

According to Ms. Candice Lee, one of The BAR°N’s founders, “As customers become more discerning, we realised that the industry has to cater to the changing needs and demands of consumer behaviour and lifestyle. The BAR°N is the answer to this growing demand.”

“Our success story lies in the elements that make up our unique culture and offering.  It’s about creating that WOW experience, not only for our guests, but also for our employees, our business partners and just about everyone we come into contact with. It’s about building relationships that go beyond business but treating our relationships like family. It’s about teamwork; about working hard and playing hard.”

“As you can see from the makeup of today’s event – we’re not your run-of-the-mill F&B outlet. We like to do things differently. But more than just “horsing” around, what we do here at The BAR°N is all about developing that culture which ultimately creates that unique offering to our guests,” she added.

The BAR°N prides itself in allowing guests to bask in the establishment’s seductive ambience. Its surroundings are modern, chic and alluring, appealing to diners and discerning social bugs who simply enjoy stunning flavours, unique dishes and amazing drinks.

Also present to add to the merriment of The BAR°N launch was local comic sensation Andrew Netto, who entertained guests with  a barrage of punchlines and his own take of “a horse walks into a bar…” jokes.

This latest outlet of The BAR°N is located on the Ground Floor of Citta Mall in Ara Damansara. Open every day from 11am to 1am, The BAR°N Citta Mall can be reached for reservation and enquiries at 03 – 7859 7998 or contact Ms. Anna Tatarnikova, The BAR°N’s Restaurant Manager at 016 – 660 6292. Reservations can also be made on The BAR°N website at www.thebarn.com.my
