TWG Tea Malaysia Christmas Festive Set Menu

December 20, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Being a place for our usual hi-tea, TWG never disappoint us. But this time, we are here to taste their Festive Set in TWG Tea Salon and Boutique in their outlet in The Gardens. And it is a great visit this round where we found out they not serving just tea and pastries but they have ore to served from their Beef Tenderloin, Spring Lamb Stew and many more.

For TWG Malaysia Festive Set Menu, diners can enjoy throughout the month of December 2017 where they offers you with their full 3-course set is priced at RM98+, including a choice of TWG Tea*. The Festive Menu will be available at TWG Tea Salons & Boutiques Pavilion KL, The Gardens Mall and Gurney Paragon Mall.
Appetizer

Seafood Indulgence
We started off with the Seafood Indulgence where they are beautifully platted with the trio of Hokkaido, scallop, poached king prawn, peppered yellow fin tuna, citrus melange, salmon roe, beetroot pickle and mesclun with Lemon Blush Tea infused with honey mustard dressing. Light flavours and yet refreshing.
Foie Gras Lasagne
It is such an indulgence where they are just so beautiful and the portion comes simply generous. It brings you with the crisp and creamy taste and they are beautifully sided with the wild mushroom mousse infused with White Christmas Tea, candied orange and wild berry melange.
Asides from the Seafood Indulgence and Foie Gras Lasagne, diners can opt for Spiced Green Tea Soup.
Comes next is the Main Courses where they have few chocies to go for, They have choices of the Magret de Canard, Beef Tenderloin and the Poisson Au Beurre Blanc.
We had the Beef Tenderloin where the Pan Seared Australian Beef Tenderloin is cooked at medium rare doneness. It is blended with the Red Tea Christmas Tea infused beef jus to create richer taste. Complement with cauliflower puree, grilled green asparagus and shimeji mushroom tempura.
Poisson Au Beurre Blanc – one of my favorite. The pan seared Emperior Fish is beautifully serve on bed of puree potato, dressed in lemon-grass ginger beurre blanc and a side of homemade fried prawn dumpling, vine confit infused with Vanilla Bourbon Tea.
Dessert

We ended our meal with their specially selected desserts by TWG. In love with both log cake of red velvet and chocolate. Deliciously done.
If you are looking for a nice ambience, with the reputable fine tea, TWG festive set is surely on of the best options below RM100 for your 2017 Christmas dinner in Kuala Lumpur.
