A Slice of Goa Amidst The Hustle & Bustle of Kuala Lumpur!

December 9, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Located in the brand-new Ramada Suites KLCC, Goa by Hubba is an oasis of Sins & Spices, a tagline that begs one to experience exotic Goan Inspired Cocktails and New Indian Cuisine.

The Celebrity Chef – Sapna Anand brings you with the variety menu which is indeed a feast for the senses.

This is where one can enjoy a variety of Chef Sapna Anand signatures such as Fire Roasted Bone Marrow, Cochin Seafood Stew, Goan Beef Cutlet, Allepey Grilled Fish and much more pay tribute to simple yet delicious Indian food.

Sapna has then put her touch to bring out the vibrancy of the many spices and herbs used in the food. Her training in some of London’s finest Indian restaurants plus her studies at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and Le Cordon Bleu Bangkok ensures that every dish will certainly spice up your life.

To complement this bold menu, Goa’s mixologists fashioned new cocktails resplendent of spices that will transport you to hot and humid Goa. Local Goan fare like the rasam, raita, lassi have been given Hubba twist and with such exotic names such as Kinky Kokum, Masala Mantra, Ass Whuppin Chai Masala. You will be enticed into a blissful state of mind. Familiar yet different, it’s a taste that’s hard to forget.

From the Hubba days, the outlet itself has undergone a refreshment with the addition of blue tie-dyed drapes, floral centerpieces, mandala art, all to heighten that Goan adventure. The atmosphere is rustic, indigenous with a touch of ‘Desi’. The bustling party strip Changkat Bukit Bintang will never be the same!
