Celebrate Christmas in Royale Chulan Bukit Bintang

Celebrate Christmas Eve on December 24 by dining at Royale Chulan Bukit Bintang buffet spread. The Extraordinary Christmas Buffet will also feature carollers to live the festive spirit.
 “This is a special event for us indeed as it is a tradition for us to carry out Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in a big way”, said Royale Chulan Bukit Bintang General Manager Mashor Din.
And in here, Royale Chulan Bukit Bintang welcomes you with wide selection of appetiser to salad bar and soup in their buffet spread. Welcome your tummy with the Poached Tiger Prawn on Ice, Smoked Halibut and Salmon with Citrus Mayonaisse, as well as some greenies as well. Not a fans of greenies, they have the Italian Seafood salad Greek Salad with Shrimps, Russion Salad with Squid Egg to name a few. Warm up your tummy with the French Pumpkin Soup as well.
Enjoy your meals with wide variety of the hot dishes and  don’t miss out the Baked Mussel with Gruyere Cheese, Grilled Beef Tournedos with Black Pepper, Half Oyster glazed with Citrus and Dill Saboyan, Grilled Lamb Chop with Rosemary Sauce as well as the Pan Fried Medallion of Salmon with their signature orange butter sauce. And they do have corner for Malaysian delicacies as well.
Dot miss out their carving station where you will be served with the Roasted Turkey with Grape Honey Sauce and the Roasted Roast Lamb.
Never leave without trying their appetising desserts. Sample their Christmas Fruit Cake, Vanilla Yule Log, Chocolate Yule Log, Almond Stollen, Tiramisu in shotter, to the Assorted Pudding and many more.
