Pak Loh Chiu Chow restaurant at Feast Village recently introduced the Chiu Chow Express Lunch. Seeing the need for speedy lunch sets for busy executives and shoppers looking for a quick bite, Hong Kong-born Executive Chinese Chef Alex Au has curated 25 mouthwatering rice and noodle dishes that will surely please the palate and accommodate hectic schedules.
Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Moi Choy Rice
For those who are not aware, Pak Loh Chiu Chow Restaurant popularly known as the ‘golden sister’ of the renowned Pak Loh Chiu Chow restaurant in Hong Kong.

Arguably one of the best types of Chinese cuisine from China, Chiu Chow cuisine is well known for its Chiu Chow marinades of poultry and pork, seafood dishes, distinctive food preparation styles and cooking methods that ensure balanced flavours and textures in a meal. Some of their signature Chiu Chow are prepared over a slow fire, braised, steamed, stir-fried or even pickled to perfection – bringing out the best in every dish without heavy flavourings.
