Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel re-opened its Renaissance Club Lounge after undergoing a total makeover recently. On hand to officially mark the opening of the lounge with a ribbon cutting ceremony were Mr. Manfred Graalmann, a Marriott Rewards Platinum Elite Member who has been returning to the hotel every year since 2008. Also present were another regular Dr. Ursula Osswald from Germany together with hotel General Manager Mr. Robert Frager, Mr. Peter Osswald and Director of Sales & Marketing Ms. Ivy Ng. Guests were later treated to champagne and gourmet hors d’ouvres.
