‘SAJIAN DAPUR CHEF AZIZAH’ AT MELTING POT

October 30, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Aromatic flavours. Best tastes from Concorde’s Malay cook extraordinaire, Chef Azizah. Come by to indulge in home-cooked Malay dishes during buffet dinner at Melting Pot Café.

Throughout the month of November, Chef Azizah,Abdul Malik (54) has vast experience in the kitchen specialising in Malay cooking. It is without a doubt Kak Azizah’s cooking, selection of dishes had managed to attract the office crowd and luncheon groups at the former Saloma Theatre Restaurant.  During her stint at Saloma, she was responsible for preparation and planning for Malay cuisine and the signature tiffin set lunch. So, this time around, corporate clients within the neighbourhood can still taste her ‘signatures’ right here at the Concorde’s coffee house.

Do drop by at Melting Pot Café during dinner and savour mouth-watering signature dishes like ayam masak lemak kentang, keli goreng berlada, ikan patin tempoyak, lemak rebung dengan udang, telur itik masak lemak belimbing buluh, sambal jering ikan bilis, pucuk ubi masak lemak dengan ikan bilis and ikan pari asam lada hitam. Other dishes on the list are ayam kelio berkentang, labu masak lemak, pucuk paku goreng bersama taucu, pucuk ubi masak lemak dengan ikan bilis, kacang panjang goreng udang kering, kangkong belacan, ikan goreng kerisik and kepang goreng pedas. Save some space for special onde-ondeh done a la minute nightly. There are three menus on daily rotation.

Gather family and friends and enjoy this awesome gastronomic journey. This promotion is inclusive in the regular nightly buffet spread, RM110.00 nett per person. For reservations, please call Melting Pot Café at 2717 223.
