The Twist Bar & Bistro at Well Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 introduces a new vegetarian menu to welcome the month of Vegetarian food festival in October. The new menu will be available from 2 October onwards.
Trained in Italian kitchens for over 10 years, Executive Chef Tao Mongdoo has created a new Italian inspired bistro menu with various vegetarian choices including Mango, Avocado and Quinoa Salad with Light Olive Oil Lime Dressing (320 Baht); Rocket Salad with Walnut, Tomato, Basil, Mushroom with Balsamic Walnut Dressing (250 Baht); Black and White Quinoa Salad with Cherry Tomato, White Sesame, Pumpkin Seeds and Olive Oil Lime Dressing (320 Baht). Choices of vegetarian soups are Well Veggie Soup which is chef’s own recipe of traditional Italian vegetable soup with zucchini, onion, leek, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato coulis and Italian basil (150 Baht); and Porcini Mushroom Soup (290 Baht).
Going for something heavier, the choices include Veggie Burger that comes with green leaves, tofu and mushroom patty, tomato served with trio sauce (250 Baht); Vegetable Lasagne with Bechamel Saffron Sauce (250 Baht) and the chef recommendation’s Mushroom Risotto with Parmesan Cheese salt and pepper completing with truffle oil (250 Baht.)
