TR Fire Grill @ Pavilion KL

October 12, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

For those who are a big fans grilled food, it is time to visit TR Fire Grill. TR Fire Grill which originally from Florida, USA finally open their first outlet in Asia here in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. With an extensive menu from brunch to dinner, the meals will certainly delight guests with endless crafted beverages and dishes that are made with love.
Other than being artisanally-creative, TR Fire Grill offers steaks that are 100% all-natural beef, with no antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs. Sauces and speciality condiments are made in-house, ensuring robust, authentic fresh flavor.
Harvest Garden (RM 29) was addictively good. The Harvest Garden completed with the generous portion of roasted squash, grilled corn, smoked asparagus, batter dipped okra, avocado, roasted tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, focaccia crouton and sweet onion vinaigrette.
And this round, we had the Oven Baked Pizza Dip (RM25) served with toasted garlic focaccia bread batons. The dish was simply addictive where they are topped with loads of mozzarella ricotta and parmesan cheese with tomato sauce and beef pepperoni.

The Chicken & Waffles (RM36) was a perfect indulgence.  Enjoyed the crispy juicy chicken that was tender inside, sandwiched with the waffled. Drizzled with the agrave syrup made it even better. Sweet and savoury! And not just that, the waffle were not those normal waffle but they has leeks, cheese and chicken bacon dust in the batter.
Aside, we had the Oven Roasted 1/2 Chicken (RM34) where the chicken was perfectly marinated with the lemon spice rub and sides with the broccoli spears and some pumpkin basmati rice. Perfectly addictive and one of the recommended dishes here.
Ends them with a cup of refreshing drinks- The Cucumber Strawberry Freeze (RM 17). Slurpilicious and such a refreshing blend.
