Award-Winning Master Mixologist Simone Caporale Shakes Up M Bar with a 3-Day Pop-Up

October 2, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong welcomes internationally renowned cocktail mixologist, Simone Caporale, to M bar from 26 to 28 October 2017. During his 3-day residency, he creates five innovative cocktails that reinvent the spirit experience.

As a London-based Italian, Simone has been awarded numerous accolades and is highly respected by industry professionals worldwide. In 2014, Simone took the title of ‘International Bartender of the Year’ by Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.

At M bar, Simone will unveil his new creations where he pushes the boundaries of Hong Kong’s cocktail culture. His showmanship, personal style and playful presentation presents an exclusive aromatic, visual and textural journey to elevate the senses.

“I am honoured to be working with the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Much like the hotel and the city itself, I took inspiration from Asian and Western influences to develop a range of new liquid libations,” said Simone Caporale.
