Introducing to this exciting line up is the talented Dessert Doctor, Chef Brett Muller, our brand new Executive Pastry Chef, who has been making ‘sweet memoirs’ for more than 23 years. For pastry lovers and guests with a sweet tooth, indulge in decadent desserts specially crafted by Brett who’s been whipping up sweet treats all over Asia including Shanghai, Korea, Australia and Malaysia. From his famous Café Noir Tiramisu, mini raspberry Breton, Death by Chocolate to Vanilla Mille-Feuille, Brett has something to satisfy your sinful sweet cravings!

Besides the extravagant dessert choices, diners can look forward to an extensive line up of signature hot picks which include the famous Japanese corner inspired by Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s famous Iketeru Japanese restaurant, a Chinese corner inspired by Chynna, an Indian corner, live pasta station, Fresh is Best live cooking stations and more!

Enjoy savoury local fare such as aromatic chicken biryani, freshly made char kuey tiaw, goreng-goreng (fritters) station, live Appam balik station and more! For those who fancy western choices, help yourself to sliced roast beef with caramelized onion, mini beef burgers, fresh oven baked pizza and choices of pastas just to name a few.
