NeuVida Cooking Oil – The right kind of Cooking Oil for your family

September 18, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

In today health conscious society, many people are looking for more healthy oil to have their meal cook with. And we had understand that certain cooking oil would have come with the healthy fatty – acid profiles.
And for me, being a mother and also a daughter for 2 elderly, it is always a concern when buying oil from the grocery shop or even in cooking. And recently I had found out this brand of oil- NeuVida where it is actually an Omega-9 Cooking Oil that will definitely a good ones to use.
High Omega – 9
In research, we knows that Omega-9 is from a family of unsaturated fats and is a monounsaturated fat known as oleic acid. It is commonly found in vegetable fats like olive oil, sunflower oil and also in nuts like peanuts, pistachios and almonds. NeuVida Cooking oil has a very high content of Omega-9 which is 82% goodness than olive oil 72%.
Less Saturated Fat
Asides, they have less Saturated Fat  ( Bad Fat) among all oils.
Saturated Fat is actually bad fats to our bodies. NeuVida oil have less Saturated Fat even compared with other oil as well.Comparison with olive oil, it is said that NeuVida have less Saturated Fat where they it is only 8% compared to olive oil which is at 14%
Naturally stable Up to 250 Degrees
Cooking in high temperature is always an issues and it is not good for health as it will break the molecule and will make it Saturated or Trans-fatt. A lot of oil example olive oil has a low temperature burning where they are up to 80 degrees only. If you are cooking with gas, temperature in cooking is kind of hard to control but with NeuVida oil; you are assured that they are heat stable even under intense heat of up to 250 degrees.
A multifunctional Oil
One of the important function of the oil is they are not very oily. It can use to do it as salad base, or even cooking- such as frying, baking, and more.

If you are looking for a better oil for your family, consider NeuVida as it brings you healthy living and it is such a great product to use.

MY EXPERIENCE

Well what I can see with the cooking experience where I found out that my cake turns up not very oily as is usually do and the cake brings you a moist texture.

Deep frying comes even better to me, and I had made few deep fried wanton for my family. Using the oil, the outcome of the food comes much prettier and it is also not oily where I do not need to use the patchment paper to soak up the oil before cooking.

You can get them in all leading supermarkets. For more information visit their website for more details
