Fly me to the moon with Inside Scoop’s ice cream mooncakes

September 15, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Fans of ice cream? Or you are a big fans of Inside Scoop? Or Both? I am  ! And this year, Inside Scoop brings you with their new creation where they have the mooncake creation fr this year.
For this year’s Mid Autumn Festival, Inside Scoop will be marrying traditional “ping pei” mooncakes to our handcrafted ice cream. The tagline for our mooncakes this year, “Fly Me to the Moon”, encapsulates our emotions when they take a bite of our handcrafted mooncakes; it sends them to the moon and back.
And this year, they brings you with the 4 distinctive Inside Scoop ice cream flavours to mooncake lovers:
✔️Crunchy chocolate hazelnut – where they comes with the rich decadent chocolate flavour goes perfectly with bits of crunchy roasted hazelnuts and cone crumb
✔️Raspberry cheesecake (with raspberry yolk) – mooncake dressed in pink with a surprise raspberry yolk inside
✔️Durian (with chocolate ganache yolk) – My favourite where they are specially made for durian lovers where they comes with the light green skin and with a dark chocolate ganache centre
✔️Hojicha (roasted green tea)- Their signature which have the intense flavours of tea and wrapped with a milky white snow skin to enhance its zen-ness.
These seasonal ice cream mooncakes can be pre-ordered through their website at www.insidescoop.com.my. The mooncakes are packaged in a lovely box of four for RM100, and customers can pick up after 5 working days at any Inside Scoop outlet. Alternatively, they will be present at the mooncake roadshows at Sunway Velocity and Ben’s Independent Grocers in Publika. With their recent openings at The Gardens, Sunway Pyramid and KLCC, they are now more accessible than ever for your ice cream sensation.
