Mitsuyado Seimen @ The Starling Mall : Tsukemen All the Way from Japan

August 14, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Mitsuyado Seimen which is known as the House of Tsukumen is one of the large chain of Japanese eateries that specialising in tsukemen noodles. The noodle shop which is originated and founded back in 1997 by Kiyohiko Nakaruma n Japan.
For those who are aware and been to Japan, This flagshop store was opened in Naka-Meguro, Tokyo ad it has been expended with 18 branches all over Japan. Inspired by his local success, Mitsuyo Seimen had started looking for expansion, making their new home in Philippines where they had received lots of the interest from their 3 Filipino Branches. Being that, Mitsuyado Seimen has finally makes his way to Malaysia and they now have their first flagship mall in The Starling.
For those who are not well verse about Tsukemen, Tsukemen are being  is inverted back in 1961 by Kazuo Yamagishi San in Tokyo Japan and it is basically means “dipping ramen”. Being that, the chewy, flavourful noodles are eaten after being dipped in a intensely flavorful dipping soup with toppings on the side. And not just that, the Tsukemen broth comes thicker and richer compare to the soup that goes with ramen.
And what’s so special about Miitsuyado?
Mitsuyado promises 3 promises which is based on their Logo where :
First Arrow: A promise to use the best quality Ingredients
Second Arrow: A pledge to provide hospitality which touches the heart of customers
Third Arrow : A vow to present customers with a new, unprecedented world of tsukemen
With this, you are assured that, Mitsuyado Seimen brings you with the premium imported Japanese wheat. With this, you are assured that their noodles boast  a firm and chewy texture with the natural aroma of the wheat. And now what’s so special about the Tsukemen here.
Cheese Tsukemen (RM 29.90 (R) / RM 31.90(L))
Enjoy the fresh Japanese Springy noodles which is topped with the cheddar cheese and it is serving you with the yuzu dipping soup and pork cubes simmered  in Mitsuyado’s special sauce. Nicely done and addictively good.
Tan Tan Ramen (RM 27.90 (R) / RM 29.90(L))
If you are those who are loving  sesame, this is a must to order! Enjoy this Fresh Japanese Springy noodles together with the sesame dipping sop and pork cubes simmered together in Mitsuyado’s special sauce.
Karashi Tsukemen (RM 26.90 (R) / RM 28.90(L))
Hop to enjoy the spicy blend of pork soup here together with the springy noodles. Not too spicy to my preference but the taste is good.
You can also enjoy some light bites like the Chicken Karaage.
