Hua Ting Heralds a New Chapter with Transformation from 21 August to early December 2017

August 9, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

For over two decades, Hua Ting Restaurant has been among the most respected and acclaimed stalwart of the Singapore Chinese dining scene, well-regarded for its gastronomic excellence in fine, authentic Cantonese fare. Orchard Hotel’s award-winning signature restaurant has announced a much-anticipated transformation from 21 August 2017 and is set to re-open in early December 2017.  Fans of Hua Ting fret not, during the period of its revamp, we will continue to be of service, for reservations of 3 tables and above at the hotel’s function rooms to indulge in Masterchef Lap Fai’s award-winning classics and creations!   Hua Ting’s popular mooncakes will be in production and available at Orchard Hotel Lobby Kiosk. Alternative dining options including Hua Ting Steamboat, Orchard Café, Mon Bijou and Intermezzo Bar are all available as usual.

EMBRACING A NEW FACE OF FINE CANTONESE DINING

Hua Ting Restaurant’s development signals the momentous evolution of one of Singapore’s most renowned Chinese restaurants, committed to delivering a more distinctive dining experience and aimed at strengthening its stellar repute as the destination for best-in-class traditional Cantonese cuisine.

The brand-new Hua Ting Restaurant will showcase completely new interiors; while innovative culinary creations will be introduced, diners can still expect the best of Masterchef’s signatures and creative classics.

INVITATION TO RE-VISIT FOND MEMORIES

Leading up to the transformation, Hua Ting Restaurant invites one and all to revisit fond, nostalgic moments at the iconic stalwart. From contemplating the symbolic spaces that once played host to one’s cherished reunion to appreciating Chef Fai’s signatures and familiar favourites close to their heart, join us in celebrating a legacy that’s uniquely Hua Ting.
