Healthy Mooncake Selection from BMS Organics

August 17, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Mooncakes Festival is coming and many of us will be buying some mooncakes  to celebrate with families and friends. As for this year, BMS Organics brings you with a variety of new choices of mooncake that suits for healthy folks, and vegans where they are using premium ingredients for their mooncake.

Enjoy the variety of mooncakes by BMS Organics such as their Japanese Tangarine where they are made from the red bean paste, red kidney bean, isomalt, soya bean oil, tangerine, unbleached organic plain flour and peanut oil. Be definite to stimulate your tastebuds with this brand new offerings this year from BMS Organics. According to the chef they are using a whole Yilan tangerine in place of the traditional egg yolk, providing an extra zing. The honey-soaked lime blends perfectly with BMS Organics’ very own Japanese-styled red bean paste.

For Matcha Lover, you will definate to fall in love with this. This lovely mooncake is baked at low tempreature and the mooncakes comes beautiful with natural shade of green that indicates the goodness within. Handpicked red beans from Wandan, Taiwan, are enveloped in a warm fragrant paste made of natural matcha powder, making this an unforgettable treat.

For the Red Bean Vegan, it brings us with the authenticity, freshness and flavors of each vegan mooncake.  The crust is baked with natural red yeast rice, a sight to behold and every bite comes with chunky red bean bits and crunchy walnuts. Simple yet delectable!

And of course don’t miss out some of the classical favorites such as the Pure Lotus with Yolk, Mixed Nut Delights and also the Purple Chinese Yam whch are also some of the best sellers there.

And now BMS Organics Mooncakes comes in set of 2 at RM 70.00; Set of 4 at RM 126. You can drop by to BMS Organics to purchase your tantalising mooncake for the upcoming mooncake festival
