Eat & Save More with Shopback!

August 31, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

We love food, especially discounts on good food!! Do you? Recently I spotted a great deal in HungryGoWhere where they offer 50% discounts in Baan Kun Ya, my favourite Thai Restaurant! And on top of that, I discovered I can actually get extra cash reward everytime when I book a table or purchase deals just because I am a ShopBack user.

In total my bill came up to around RM200, and I just spent close to RM120 plus extra RM6 cashback in my account. I am going to share this useful site with you all and let’s happily enjoy awesome-liciosus meal more often!

How I save more (it is pretty easy)

1) Go to ShopBack website. If you haven’t created an account yet can just register for free here >> https://www.shopback.my/lovefood

2) Click on HungryGoWhere. If you can’t find it just go to the Search Button and type “HungryGoWhere”

4) Click on Activate Now or Get Deal. You will be redirected straight to HungryGoWhere site and now you can proceed to buy your deals/book table as usual.
5) Once the transaction done, ShopBack will track your order within 2 days and send an email to inform your amount of cashback earned.
6) Once your cashback turns redeemable, you can withdraw it to your bank account

As for the restaurant deal, just follow the instruction in HungryGoWhere’s email, present the proof and redeem your offer. It is just so simple and now there’s no secret of why I always say becoming a Foodie and control Spending doesn’t really have conflict with each other.

It is quite useful when comes to extra savings and it can be stacked on top of the discounts you got online. Now that they are running Food & Dining campaign (1-3 Sept), HungryGoWhere is giving RM7.50 cashback; others like Fave, Eatigo, Honestbee, Foodpanda, 8excite, etc will be offering up to 9.9% Upsized Cashback as well as up to RM29 voucher codes. You can get a RM5 off Texas Chicken Voucher during this period too!

*Besides HungryGoWhere I also use ShopBack for other purchases. Over 500 online stores let you earn cashback in everything you buy online including Lazada, Fave, Lazada, Booking.com, Zalora, and many more. Coming week the 7th to 9th of September there’s this ShopBack 9.9 Cashback Day final celebration, as per what I know they usually give up to 99% cashback and heard there’ll be huge amount of cashback and special free gift for everyone too. Do keep a look out and share if there’re any good deals!

Also do enable cookies and stay in the redirected window when you book/purchase, don’t open a new window else they can’t track your cashback.
