TOUAN Yakitori & Robata @ The Table, Isetan The Japan Store

July 4, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

One of the latest outlet in The Table , Isetan The Japan Store in Kuala Lumpur – Touan Yakitori & Robata is indeed one of the place you should visit. Touan specialises on yakitori and robata but their menu comes simply extensive too where they do have great variety of Japanese Delights from sashimi, sushi and bento.
With the open concept kitchen, one can enjoy your food prepared with sight here. Using the premium ingridients imported all the way from Japan, have your meal all here with their signature sauce served too.
Appetiser: Tamagoyaki, Teriyaki Chicken and Edamame
Perfectly done dish, where the Teriyaki chicken comes juicy and flavourful as well sides with the fragrantly prepared tamagoyaki. Deliciously good and delicious.
Sashimi
Served with 5 choices of cuts here where they are tuna, salmon, kanpachi, octopus and scallop. Each piece are generously thick with the sweet bites. We love this so much where everything are fresh and good.

Yakitori and robatayaki
Here comes the signature. Both the yakitori and robotayaki. As for Yakitori, we are being served with 3 skewers which are the grilled chicken thigh, liver and wing. I am definite to fall in love with the grilled chicken thigh which comes simply addictive and delicious. The amount of soy is just perfect and each bites is indeed heavenly. Love how it is done where the meat are not too salty but infused with the smoky flavours.
We also had the Robatayaki where we are served with the grilled scallops with the butter and soy sauce as well as the grilled salmon and grilled saba. Love the grilled scallops which comes simply juicy and addictive too.

Karaage Chicken Thigh
Juicy and Crispy ! i love the texture and each of it is simply good and every mouthful comes complete with the juiciness in it
Assorted sushi platter
Complete your sushi platter with the generous pieces of fish and we are served with 3 choices – tuna, salmon and kampachi sushi. Melts your tastebuds with the generous portion of fish wraps around the rice.
If you are looking for a nice place for Japanese Delights, held to Touan where they offer a variety of awesome delicious Japanese food here.
