Indulge in Fresh and Succulent Seafood Offerings on the Weekends for Dinner @ Nook, Aloft Kuala Lumpur

Nook, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral’s is one of the place where I will visit whenever I think about their Sarawak Laksa. And this round, the all day dining restaurant had brings you with the enhanced weekend buffet dinner spread with the introduction of its Treasures of the Sea dinner buffet promotion for the weekend crowd priced at RM138nett per person every Friday and Saturday starting 7 July 2017.
Serving only the best catch from the sea, diners can indulge in a variety of seafood from freshly served on a bed of ice, to hot crockpot dishes to soups and noodle dishes. Diners can to get their claws on Prawns, Oysters, Clams, Bamboo Clams, Squids, Mussels and Giant Grouper.
Dinners would definitely enjoy some of the hot seafood dishes where they have wide variety of the Baked Seafood Parcel, Braised Giant Grouper Fish Head with Ginger Dark Bean Sauce, Wokfried Squid Kam Heong Style, Poached Tiger Prawns with Herbs and Wolfberries, Oyster Rockefeller, Giant Grouper with Spicy Tamarind Gravy, Spicy Steamed Mussel with Vermicelli, Wok-fried Flower Carb with Sarawak Pepper, Wok-fried Prawn with Creamy Butter Sauce and more, all served on a rotational basis with a select few made available each weekend.
The weekend buffet dinner spread will also feature a few for diners to feasts on. Specials on the menu include Chicken Avongolomelo, Braised Beef Cubed with Chilli Teriyaki, Palak Paneer, Stuffed Beancurd Puffs with Vegetable Paste and Irish Lamb Stew amongst others. This enhanced buffet spread will also feature Nook’s regular servings on the buffet plus diners will be treated to a free flow of fruit juice and soft drinks.
Nook serves local and international flavours on its breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet spreads. The menu at Nook boasts delicious spreads of culinary innovations coupled with familiar tastes. The restaurant’s menu showcases a combination of flavours, textures and freshness.
