Porco Macau Pork Chop Bun @ Lot 10 Hutong : A taste of Macau !

June 15, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

One of the award winning dining place in town, Lot 10 Hutong brings you with the new stall that will definite to pamper your tastebuds. The new stall by the name of Porco Macau Pork Bun is now in town and you do not need to travel all the way to Macau for one now.

The Macanese dish which is famous among the tourist including Malaysia and a dish that I could say MUST have when you visit Macau. The interception of Porco Macau Pork Bun begins when Chef Yoke was working in Guangzhou and she has been travelling to Macau frequently. With this, she had befriended with other chef who delved creating the pork chop buns and she learnt the art of making the snack from a veteran who spent his life cooking in a famous pork chop bun restaurant in Macau.

Pork Chop Bun
(RM 13.90 (ala-carte) / RM 15.90 (set))

A must to enjoy of course the pork chop bun here. The thick juicy pork chop bun which are pounded with a mallet , a way of tenderising and flattening the meat to enhance the flavour absorption. It is then being marinated with the rice wine, brandy, spices and other ingredients for almost a day. Then deep fried till perfection. The meat leaves you beautifully with the tender texture which are sandwiched between the two dense yet pillowy soft bun.

Macau Pork Chop Noodle
(RM 13.90 (ala-carte) / RM 15.90 (set))

For those who love some noodles; grab this delicious pork chop noodles where it is served with the springy bouncy noodles together with the delicious pork chop on the top. The pork chop is simply irresistible where it is packed with punch of flavours as well as tender juicy meat.

Curry Fishball (RM 6.90)

No one would say no to this. The famous snacks to go for whenever you are in Hong Kong and Macao. This typical must have there is simply irresistible with the touch of Malaysian style. The curry comes more fragrant and thick and served together with the bouncy fish balls.

So, why not come over to Lot 10 Hutong and experience walking the Macanese Heritage Journey in Malaysia.
