“ Selera Warisan “ @ Saloma Kuala Lumpur

Whenever it comes to Ramadhan, you will be surprises with loads of buffets around the town and this year, Saloma culinary team led by Chef Dzulkarnain Salleh, Chef Azizah Abdul Malk and Chef Zamshah Haji Ismail have lined up the “home favorites” for the upcoming nightly buffet dinner from 27th May 2017 till June 24th 2017. For those who are not aware of Saloma’s background, here is some info 
Saloma Background
Saloma Theatre Restaurant takes one on a gastronomic experience where wonderful aromas and flavours beckon. The style in which the food is served is Malaysian showcasing the flavours and cooking methods from the uniquely different flavoured 14 Malaysian states. Strategically located in the Golden Triangle. The restaurant within the Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTiC) is the ideal onestop centre convenient for tourists.


And this year, Saloma welcomes you with the variety of “Pembuka Selera” from the Rojak Buah , Kerabu Sotong, Kerabu Telur, Tempe Goreng, Sambal Terumg, Kerabu Mangga, Cincaluk, Sambal Belachan, Tempook, Kerabu Taugeh, Ikan Masin and many more.  Help yourself with the delicious hot soup prepared by the chef either is western or malay style. There is a choice of cream of mushroom soup and also bubur lambuk ayam. 
Do not miss out to savour the chef’s family recipes where you can enjoy the daging masak hitam, ikan patin masak tempoyok, ayam masak lemak, kari kepala ikan, ketam goreng brelada, pajeri terung, rendang tok, and many more. Asides from the local delights, you will also able to enjoy Parsi Menu where they have the Iranian Rice, Iranian Beef and also the Iranian Chicken in their selection.
A variety of stalls will be set up during the Ramadhan period. Amongst the highlights includes the Laksa Johor, Kari Kepala Ikan, Assorted Sushi, Aneka Ikan Bakar, Sotong Bakar dan Udang Bakar, Roti John, Sup Tulang and many more.

Overall they are (3) three rotation menus and each features more than 60 mouth watering delicacies from soups, salads, hot dishes, hawker style favorites to sweet temptations. Apart from the kampong style dishes, diners can sample the best of Chinese, Indian, Iranian dishes too.
