Quill City Mall Kuala Lumpur, a family and kids friendly shopping destination along Jalan Sultan Ismail Kuala Lumpur is thrilled to presented its inaugural fashion extravaganza this April. The mall’s first ever fashion week commenced from 20th April to 1st May 2017 themed Spring Summer Blossom 2017.
The main highlight was the Quill City Mall Kuala Lumpur Fashion Gala 2017 on 27th April 2017 in conjunction with the 30th anniversary of Quill Group of Companies. Took place during the evening are exciting events lined up such as guest artistes performances by Jaclyn Victor and Nicole Lai, Spring Summer Blossom Fashion Show, street dance performance by Uncube Studio and a lucky draw with fantastic prizes such as iPhone 7 Plus to be given away. The guest artistes will be serenading some of their hit songs that is sure to leave one captivated for the night. Another highlight of the evening is the unveiling of the top 8 Miss Astro Chinese International Pageant 2017 to make the fashion gala a glamorous event. More than 300 guests, celebrities and media are expected to be taking part in the stylish evening hosted by Serena C.
The Quill City Mall KL Spring Summer Blossom 2017 kicks off with fashion show by Keith Kee, a talented young designer and an established name in the bridal and the couture industry on 22nd April. It was followed by Quill City Mall KL Tenants Collection 2017 on 23rd April with fashion from NEXT, United Colors of Benetton, Royal Sporting House, Ethnic Sense, Travel For All, Sunglass Art (MOG), Focus Point, AEON, Gajah Duduk Boutique and Adidas took part in the show. Make up sponsor, Make Over Paris dolled up the gorgeous models for the evening. The mall collaborated with Runway Production by Benjamin Toong (Malaysia Cat Walk Guru) to make this fashion extravaganza even more exciting.
From 20th April 2017 to 1st May 2017, shoppers witness the beautifully designed stage with two 150’ inches LED screen which showcased the tenants collection surrounded by flourishing blossom trees all over the main court. A glamorous fashion show featuring local designers surely electrified the city immensely. More exciting fashion events are also lined up during the weekend, which starts off with Runway Production Graduation Night on 29th April 2017, Star Lebaran by Prima Valet on 30th April 2017 and Quill City Mall Tenants Collection 2017 on 1st May 2017.
Guests including VIPs, fashion leaders, media and members of the public enjoyed an unforgettable fashion week, experience spectacular moments of fashion with catwalk shows and spring summer trend presentations while encountering couturiers as well as designers.
