Dorsett Kuala Lumpur Presents “Citarasa Malaysia” Buffet

In the month of Ramadhan, be sure to enjoy till the fullest with your family and friends or even business partners. This year, Dorsett Kuala Lumpur brings you with the traditional delights which is their popular Malay specialities Citarasa Malaysia Buffet.

Starts your mail with a variety of the local  traditional salad where you can whet your appetite with the Kerabu Pucuk Paku Kerang, Kerabu Perut, Kerabu Jantung Pisang, Som Tom Mango and the Kerabu Paru Air Asam to name a few.

Move to enjoy their Curry Noodles as well as variety of mains as well. Get thrilled with the Malay Specialities such as the Burung Puyuh Special Goreng Berkunyit, Paru Goreng Berlada, Tempe Goreng Berempah and more.

A must to go for includes their Signature Roast Lamb “Kuzi” Style with Nasi Briyani, Rendang Minang Itik and Nasi Keravu Bunga Telang served with Burung Puyuh and Ayam Percik..

 They also have grilled items in their buffet spread as well and the satay and more.

To complete the gastronomic journey, diners can indulge with their impressive desserts from those petite cakes, puddings, local kuih muih and more.

Must to try is their Serawa Durian, Sweet Apam Balik, Tapai Pulut, Bubur Pulut Hitam and many more. They aso have a wide range of fruits as well.

The “Citarasa Malaysia” buffet is available from 7.00 pm ill 10.30 pm nightly at the newly renovated Checker Café ( Level 1) and they are priced at RM 99 nett per adult. Early bird vouchers are available for purchase until 25th May 2017 at RM 79 per person. During the festive buffet, diners are also get to enjoy the soothing gamelan background music while breaking fast and also lucky draw prizes with friends and beloved
