Berbuka Puasa Warisan Delights @ Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur

Celebrate the fasting month with great food and togetherness in the excited ambience of Maya brasserie from 29 May -23 June 2017. During the month, Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur will offering a month –long berbuka puasa buffet serving the sumptuous home- styled  of “ Citarasa Warisan”. This year, Chef Hasbullah Sabani together with Maya Brasserie kitchen team will whip up servings of traditional authentic dishes for this promotion.

Whipped up your appetite with the variety of dishes and signatures by the Chef. Enjoy the variety of signature cooked by the chef where they brings you with the delicious mouth watering appetisers such as the Kerabu Jantung Pisang Berudang, Kerabu Cendawan Goreng, Kerabu Nenas, and also the variety of sambal and ulam – ulaman.

As for the mains go for their Nasi Beriani, Tetel Rebung Madu, Ayam Masak Ungkep, Pari Baker Cekur, Ikan Jelawat Masak Kensom, Udang Harimau Masak Lemak Nenas, Rebung Maska Lemak Belimbing Buluh,  Ayam Masak Gulai  Tempoyokand many more.

Diners can also look forward to their local hot serving from their stalls such as the Ayam Masak Lemak Kelio, Satay, Sambal Udang Galah, Asam Laksa,  Mee Sup Utara and Asam Laksa.

And of course end your meals with the popular favourites like Bubur Menado, Serawa Durian, Bubur Pulut Hitam, Ais Kachang, Chendol, petite pastries and more.

Buffet dinner
RM 80 per adult ( 29 May – 4 June 2017)
RM 126 per adult ( 2nd, 3rd, 4th week of Ramadhan)
Half Price for Children between 5-12 years old.
