Having been part of the Philip Kingsley team, the leading authority in hair and scalp health, as their trichologist and international ambassador for almost 13 years and certified by The Institute of Trichologists in London, Lisa travels around the world to represent Philip Kingsley as speaker and trainer. With her own previous experience of hair loss, Lisa understands the deep psychological impact that hair problems can have on an individual and is excited to consult with guests and impart honest and helpful advice to them.
During her visit, guests can book one-on-one private consultations to address the underlying causes of hair and scalp problems through a thorough and detailed examination of the hair and scalp, as well as general health, family history, nutrition, lifestyle, medication, and other relevant factors, then advise on ways to combat the problem. Available from 7 to 9 June 2017, a 60-minute consultation is priced at HKD 2,100.
Following the consultation, guests can book a 60-minute professional Hair and Scalp Treatment at The Mandarin Salon, which is of the same experience at Philip Kingsley’s clinics in London and New York. The treatment will start with the brand’s signature scalp mask specific to the guests’ scalp concerns, then an Elasticizer hair mask to provide instant replenishment, hydration, and nourishment. The treatment will include a 10-minute head massage which encourages relaxation and penetration of the product used. Priced at HKD900, this treatment is also regularly available at The Mandarin Salon.
On Tuesday, 6 June 2017 at 7 p.m., Lisa will host a complimentary 90-minute workshop “The Secrets of Healthy Hair” at The Mandarin Salon. She will explain the impact of diet on the health of the hair, illustrate differing cases of hair loss and adverse scalp conditions, advise on ways to combat the problem, and discuss the connection between weather and hair. Here, she will also introduce two new product ranges by Philip Kingsley – PK Prep, the styling products which care for the health of the hair while delivering session-quality styling results and Summer Solutions, the sun care products which protect and enhance the hair for perfect, summer-ready tresses.
