Celebrate Mother’s Day with a Range of Thoughtful Delights at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong

From Michelin-starred dining delights to sumptuous buffet and special homemade treats, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is the perfect place to celebrate this beautiful day with mom.

On Sunday, May 14, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will be the city’s most decadent dining destination. The two Michelin-starred Pierre will offer the outstanding Le Grand Petit Déjeuner where mothers and loved ones can indulge together. The menu is the ideal mix of a traditional French Sunday lunch and a Parisian breakfast revisited using the Chef Gagnaire’s creativity and combining it with the most refined seasonal products found in and around France. Available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., the menu is priced at HKD 888* for adults and HKD 628* for children.

The popular Michelin-starred Man Wah restaurant will feature a special lunch menu with Cantonese delicacies such as double boiled chicken soup with sea conch and herbs, roast suckling pig, stewed whole abalone with Chinese mushrooms and oyster sauce, and baked egg tart with bird’s nest. Two seatings will be offered for lunch from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at HKD 638* per person and dinner at HKD 1,088* per person.

At Clipper Lounge, a sumptuous brunch buffet of international fare including a raw bar, carving station, braised abalone, and Peking Duck station will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., priced at HKD 588* for adults and HKD 498* for children. In the evening, mothers will be delighted to enjoy a sumptuous dinner buffet with a raw bar and sushi selections, salad bar, double boiled Bird’s Nest soup, hot dishes and carving station, and lavish desserts available from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., priced at HKD 628* for adults and HKD 498* for children. Free-flow ‘R’ de Ruinart champagne will be offered at an additional HKD 300 per adult during both periods.

Mothers and daughters will have the opportunity to spend time together at The Mandarin Spa and enjoy the Optimal Skin Facial from ENVIRON.
