The Taste of Nyonya @ Melting Pot, Concorde Kuala Lumpur

It has been a while since we dine for Peranakan delights and this time around, Melting Pot from Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur brings you with the exciting promotion which is the taste of tantalising medley of Asian and International Delights from March 6- 26 2017. Savour the delicious delights from Chef Adriana Tan and her husband this round with some good home cooking nyonya delights this round. 
Savour the delicious appetizing truly Nyonya delights here. Starts your meals with the variety of appetisers such as the sambal timun fish cake, sambal manga, and otak otak nyonya. Not just that, the pie tee is something not to be missed in the buffet.
Moving to the mains, one can try the Chef’s signature nyonya laksa, mee siam, ayam pong teh, ayam rendang nyonya , ayam tempra, sek ark, kangkung belachan to name a few, 
For sambal lover, they comes up with loads of choices of spicy sensation where they have the sambal udang petai, sambal kupang petai, sambal sotong, ketam bercili and many more. 
Famed for the homecooked meal, enjoy these awesome-licious  sambal too where you must try includes the nyonya asam pedas bendi, peria, terung, and kubis. Not to forget, having your nyonya delights with the variety of sambal is a must too. 
Ends your meal with the kuih muih as well. Savour yourself till the fullest with the kuih abok abok sago, pulut tekan served with homemade kaya, kuih bongkong, kuih ang koo, kuih gennggang, kuih seri muka, kuih kosui pandan, apa balik durian to name a few. 
 Don’t miss out this exciting Nyonya delights rotates on daily basis. Buffet lunch is from 12.00noon – 2.30pm at RM 80 nett per person while dinner (6.30 pm – 10.00 pm) at RM 110.00 nett.
