Magnum held a chocolate masterclass at the Magnum Café in Mid Valley Megamall, offering guests the special opportunity to discover the indulgent chocolate that encases every Magnum ice cream. Through the session, Magnum aimed to share with Pleasure Seekers and chocolate lovers alike the ways of truly identifying quality chocolate, ensuring the very best indulgence with every bite.
The masterclass was led by Chef Amanda Lim, a Malaysia-based expert chocolatier from Callebaut, producer of Magnum’s premium chocolate. During the intimate session, participants enjoyed a bean-to-bar experience with Chef Amanda – uncovering the secrets behind Magnum chocolate’s exclusive recipe. They also discovered how to engage the five senses to identify premium quality chocolate, from uncovering its intense tasting notes to its crisp, clean snap.
Chef Amanda concluded the session with a hands-on demonstration of decadent truffles and pralines, before participants were given the opportunity to create and take home their very own truffles from white, milk and dark chocolate.
