Yugami Steamboat @ Sri Petaling : Brandy Infused Fish Steamboat is now Here!

February 23, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Being a big fans of Steamboat, Yugami Steamboat is indeed one of my favourite place for steamboat and will be my top list now.

Located in the busy streets of Sri Petaling, you have no worries of parking space as there is a big one just opposite the shoplots now.

Yugami Steamboat brings you with a variety of broth where one can try their fish pot, asam laksa broth (RM 29.90) , spicy broth (RM 19.90), curry fish pot, seafood tomyam broth(RM 19.90),, tomato with potato broth (RM 19.90), curry vegetable broth and fresh fish broth. But of course their signature fish pot broth is indeed something to die for here.

What is so special from Yugami?

Yugami Steamboat is using the fresh fish bones, founder fish and added with their secret recipes to simmered their soup for more than 10 hours. They only handpicked the fresh  grouper fish where each is over 10kg as their ingredients.

Yugami Fish Steamboat (RM 69.90)

And this round, Yugami had enhanced their flavours of the steamboat where they brings you with a touch of brandy in it. The flavours of the brandy in the soup had enhanced the overall taste of the broth and the fish itself. The light taste of the fish broth is well paired with the brandy which is added into it making the soup more flavourful and appetising.

Aside from the fish soup broth which is more to a lighter taste, you can opt for some other broth where personally I recommend their curry fish broth where it comes with the creamy thick broth and huge chunks of fresh fish in it together with some vegetables.

Enjoy them with wide range of sides with it or enjoy them in the sets from RM 38.80 onwards. Some of the signatures a must to order in Yugami includes the wanton (8pcs) (RM 5.90), Crispy Fried Fish Skin (RM 10.90) , HK Juicy Balls (4pcs) (RM 7.90). Homemade Mushroom Balls (4pcs) (RM 7.90), Pork Roll Enoki Mushroom (RM 13.90), Cheese Tofu Ball (RM 6.90)  and many more.

As for the meat selection, don’t miss out their fresh beef slices (RM 17.90) , fresh lamb slices(RM 17.90) , fresh pork slices (RM 17.90), bacon (RM 16.90). fresh chicken slices (RM 13.90), bacon (RM 9.90) and many more

Their food selections are pretty extensive and fresh. All the items are carefully selected before they are being served to your table.

* Note : Asam Laksa broth is only available on every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
