Embark on a Gastronomic Journey of Amore with Your Valentine At Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel’s Cucina Italian Restaurant

February 1, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Create lasting memories with your Valentine on the most romantic night of the year with a 4-course authentic Italian menu at Cucina masterfully prepared by Italian Chef de Cuisine Andrea Delzanno

Chef Andrea has crafted an enchanting menu especially designed for couples. The amorous journey begins with two glasses of Champagne, followed by an appetiser of Alaskan crab meat salad with oscietra caviar and beetroot. The fresh, sweet Alaskan crab complements the luxurious oscietra caviar and bold beetroot for a colourful and refreshing start to the evening.

The delectable Heart shaped ravioli with lobster, burrata cheese and cherry tomato is romantically plated by Chef Andrea to set hearts aflutter. Couples can choose their main from two mouthwatering selections: Pan seared Japanese tuna with carrot, celeriac root puree and celery salad or Slow cooked Taijima Wagyu beef short ribs with braised red cabbage and raspberry sauce.

Finally, fall in love with the sensual Mint and strawberry dome with chocolate chips and passion fruit sauce. The dessert is specially created by our pastry chef to symbolise eternal love and complete the romantic dinner on a sweet note. . Each couple will receive a box of chocolates to take home for a perfect end to a night of romance.

Cucina’s Valentine’s Day dinner menu is priced at HK$998 per person.
