Cafes Richard @ Sky Avenue : Famous France Coffee Outlet is Here!

February 2, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

When we heard about Cafes Richard opening in Sky Avenue, we are simply too excite to make a visit there. All the way from Paris, France and now in Sky Avenue Genting Highlands Malaysia. The café is simply one of the amust to visit if you are a coffee lover.
Established back in 1892, Café Richard is a family business café where it had evolved from Maison Richard and now to Pierre Richard who runs the business with this two children, Anne and Arnaud. Café Richard had been well known for their coffee where the coffee beans are carefully selected which you will know once you sip their coffee. Careful selection of the quality beans together with their expertise in brewing the coffee, one of course can taste their hardwork in it putting the right balanced on the aromas, and taste for each of their customers.
And in here, Cafes Richard Malaysia is well located jus a few step away from Burgers & Lobsters and the cafés is indeed beautifully decorated. With the vintage European interior and the “flower” opened area which is simply impressive, one can sit down and relaxed there and the venue is simply photogenic if you see them from the higher floors.
The menu offers kinda a wide selections of coffee with the detailed descriptions on the beans available. Enjoy your preferred coffee either from the slow coffee, milk coffee, coffee cocktails, and many more. Not just that, they also comes with the great selection of teas and other beverages for those who are not a coffee drinker.
And being there, we are being recommended with their slow coffee selection where it is one of their recommendation. Pick your selection of beans as they offers quite a variety of the where you can have the  Moka Yrgacheffe (RM 19/ RM 21), Costa Rica Tarazzu (RM 19/ RM 21), Sumatra Orang Utan Coffee (RM 19/ RM 21),  and Jamaica Blue Mountain(RM 56/ RM 62). Have them with the style of your preferred brewed either using Chemex, French Press, Syphon or Cold Dip.
We had sampled a few coffee which is prepared with Chemex , French Press and Syphon. For me; I love the one which is prepared using the French Press which brings you with a full bodied taste.
Cafes Richard Malaysia also have other coffee and beverage available. Cafe Au Lait, one of the most popular orders; and they have other variety coffee such  Latte A La Vanille De France/ Vanilla Latte and more. Many more unique choices includes the Coffee Mojito which attract my attention as well.
If you wanna  enjoy those delicious “tai tai life” ; grab this beautiful high tea set where it available in four tiers available from 2.30PM to 5.30PM at RM128 (members)/ RM143 (non-members) for two, including one coffee or tea. You can jazz up with a glass of Dappier Carte d’Or Brut NV Champagne for RM 38 per person.
The set completes with the Blini with Smoked Salmon And Chives Dressings, Smoked Duck with Melon, Salted Beef on French Toast, Foie Gras Mouss4 on Vol-Au-Vent and Cranberry Dressing, Wild Mushroom Quiche, Crab Meat Avocado Mascarpone in Cone. For the sweets, they have those tempting Mini Eclair, profiteroles, Cheese Cake, Fruit Tart, Assorted Macaroons, Pistachio Financier and   Creme Brulee.
And with all this goodies, you can hop there and grab the enjoy a cuppa of coffee and have your restaurant hopping there in Sky Avenue.
