Brasserie 25 @ Hotel Stripes Kuala Lumpur

February 16, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Hotel Stripes Kuala Lumpur which is a member of the Autograph Collection Hotels is finally open. Bringing you with the quality, bold originality, rich character and uncommon details, the hotel brings you with the unique style. And this time, we are here to visit Brasserie 25 which is one of the restaurant in the hotel itself.
Brasserie 25 exudes a rustic charm. With its red brick arcades, mid-century copper sputnik chandeliers and dark wood floors, this French-style restaurant located on level 1 provides a dramatic yet relaxed vibe. The perfect blend of traditional and modern, Brasserie 25 draws inspiration from STRIPES’ sister hotel, MUSE ST Tropez and even offers le goûter, afternoon tea with a French twist. Sit down and relax here with the great French delights brought to you by their experienced chef.
Saumon Fume (RM 40)
Starts your meal with the variety of entrees where one can enjoy a salad specially prepared by the chef. Enjoy the home smoked salmon together with the iceberg lettuce and pommery dressing. It is indeed a great combination and we love how the freshly smoked salmon is done and is indeed well paired with the greenies

Cabillaud (RM 80)
The beautifully prepared and laid on the plate, the pan roasted black cod makes a perfect match together with the ratatouille. The complete sweet seafood taste black cod with the flaky texture of the meat is indeed a great match with the appetizing yet light sourish temptations.

L’entrecote De Boeuf (RM 120)
One of the signature here, the Char Grilled 200 Days grain – fed angus rib-eye is sides with the french fries, sautéed silver dollar mushroom, and also the brandy cream sauce with it. The portion comes pretty huge and the rib –eyes is mouth-watering too.
Truffle French Fries (RM 15)
Add some sides to accompany with your mains, enjoy a variety choices of sides to go with it at RM 15 where they have Truffle French Fries, sautéed silver dollar mushroom, truffle mash potatoes, creamy mashed potato, sautéed French bean, ratatouille, steak fries, and steamed basmati rice. The truffle French fries is indeed addictive with the light hint of truffle in it.
Crepes Suzettes (RM 20)

Le Souffle Au Grand Marnier (RM 30)

La Crème Brulee

La Crème Brulee (RM 20)
Ends your meal with of course some French desserts. The variety choices of desserts available includes the La Crème Brulee’ (RM 20); Le Souffle Au Grand Marnier (RM 30), Grand Marnier Souffle with Vanilla Ice Cream (RM 30). Crepes Suzettes (RM 20) and Les Fromages Fermiers (RM 50). Choose your favorite delights and enjoy till the fullest with the great romantic ambience here.
