Usher Chinese New Year in the Year of Rooster with the Luxurious Flavours of Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve

January 17, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

In conjunction with the upcoming Chinese New Year festive season, Johnnie Walker, the world’s number one Scotch whisky, has collaborated with the Golden Dragonboat Restaurant, one of Kuala Lumpur’s most exquisite restaurant that serves quality Chinese cuisine in traditional fine dining ambience, to introduce a specially selected Chinese New Year indulgent menu that would pair perfectly well with the versatile blend.
And this year, they brings you with the perfect enjoyment with their Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve which is served to us brings us with their Master Blend which explored the flavours at their vibrat best. The bold, versatile flavours are meticulously blended from their classic malt whiskies and the creamy Lowland grain whiskies to create the most perfectly balanced of luxury blends including its smoky, rich and fruity notes. It is ideal for classic Scotch based cocktails and its distinct flavours can be enhanced through a choice of mixers and ingredients.
And this year, you may enjoy the delicious food together with the delicious items.
Braised Australian 3 Head Abalone With Fish Maw
Sipped a little of the Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve and enjoy them with the Braised Australian 3 Head Abalone With Fish Maw. The huge pulpy 3 head Abalone which is well braised in the abalone sauce for hours and served with the bouncy texture of Fish Maw. It is just so heavenly while having this.
Baked Water Prawn With Cheese
The delicious baked prawn which is oven-baked with the creamy cheese on top brings up the overall taste of the prawns itself. It is amazingly good especially the creamy taste in it.
Roasted Crispy Pork’s Knuckle
Filled with collagen and I don’t mind enjoying them (not thinking on calories). Well roasted with the cracky bites of the skin itself together with the juicy meat. Sides with Chef signature Sauce and Thai Sauce with it.
Braised Rice With Rich Soup Served In Claypot
Love this as it brings you with the soothing texture. The rice comes fragrantly delicious and well braised with the soup which completes with generous portion of seafood in it. Nicely done and good.
The delicious menu – Golden Dynasty Set is priced at RM 1,688++ featuring Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve. Why not book your table now and enjoy this awesome delights at Dragonboat Restaurant
