Tsui Wah Restaurant @ Hong Kong International Airport

January 9, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Tsui Wah Restaurant which is one of the famous Hong Kong Tea Restauant in Hong Kong where they have over 26 branches in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China, with 21 branches, one branch and three branches respectively, some of which provide a 24-hour service. The most famous one is in Wellington Street, near Lan Kwai Fong.

It attracts celebrities and tourists from local clubs. Tsui Wah has attracted many pop stars such as Daniel Wu, Ron Ng, Bosco Wong and Kau Hung Ping, as well as financiers Ben Falloon and Derek Su Dan Rui. And recently we had visited their outlet in Hong Kong International Airport.

Tsui Wah Restaurant Home Made Fish Balls & Fish Cakes in Fish Soup (HKD 48)
Enjoy the bowl of their bouncy fish balls where it is definately delicious. The fish balls are really good and delicious and so is the fish cakes. Why? Because they are freshly made daily with over 10 types of fresh fish and yellow eels.

Roasted Goose (HKD 122 (Regular)/ HKD 258 ( Half)/ HKD 498 (Whole))
Being one of the signature in Tsui Wah, Roasted Goose is indeed one of the things to be ordered here. The juici-licious tender goose which is one of the famous item in their shop. The skin was crisp, and the goose meat was flavourful but if you said is the best, I would not agree so much.

Overall, for those who are looking for some local Hong Kong delights before leaving Hong Kong, Tsui Wah perhaps would be a good choice for one!
