Celebrate Chinese New Year in Chynna, Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Hilton Kuala Lumpur celebrates the auspicious year of the roasters with the sumptuous culinary celebrations from 5th January to 16th February 2017. Savour a mix of fashionably modern and tradition feast here at Chynna. And this year Chynna brings you with 4 choices of menu where the prices starting from RM238 nett per person for the Rainbow Set, RM298 nett per person for the Great Chynna Set, RM368 nett per person Prosperity and Glory Set and RM588 nett per person for the Year of Rooster Set.
“Year of Roaster Lao Sang” 
( Half : RM 138| One Portion: RM 258)
Gather your family and friends to welcome the year of Roaster here at Chynna where they brings you with the range of five auspicious lou sang.  And this year, grab the “Year of Roaster Lao Sang” which comes with the beautifully arranged and vibrant color of lou sang with the healthy fresh fruits with it- strawberry, dragon fruit, jackfruit and pear. It is then being topped with the crispy, and crunchy bites of chicken on top. The yee sang comes with the refreshing taste of it which is amazingly good. Others than this one can enjoy other choices of lou sang such as Norwegian salmon ( Half : RM 128| One Portion: RM 248) , Chilean crab with gold flakes ( Half : RM 300| One Portion: RM 500), Caesar salad with grated Parmesan cheese ( Half : RM 128| One Portion: RM 238), and Australian 3 head abalone (RM 255 per piece)
Braised vegetarian fin soup with Shanghai style crab meat soup
The hot bowl of soup where the fin is made using the shark’s fin melon and served with the grenerous portion of crab meat in it. Superbly good and flavourful. Indeed one of the lovely soup to have.


Steamed wild patin buah with salted fish and touchu, chilli and congee broth
Indeed a great one where the wild patin is cooked till perfection and well steamed with the salted fish and touchu together with the chili and congee broth in it. The dish comes simply impressive. 

Simmered abalone cubes with sea cucumber and mushrooms in abalone sauce
Enjoy the bowl of goodies in the big bowl of claypot. The dish is simply good especially with the simmered abalone in it. The dish is amazingly good and we are impress how it is made especially the beancurd roll (sea cucumber and mushrooms in it). 
Stir fried Korean pear with vegetarian meats.
Impressive meal by Chef Lam where one can enjoy the vegetarian meat which is made from soy together with the crunchy Korean pear cubes with it. The taste is just perfect especially the vegetarian meat which taste exactly like chicken. 

Stir fried fragrant rice with sausage and char siew (pork-free)
Ends your meal with the lovely bowl of stir fried fragrant rice which is served with the sausage and char siew with it. The taste is simply impressive and I am indeed falling in love with it.
Chilled coral weed (珊瑚草) with ginseng and wolf berries.
Ends your meal with the cooling refreshing desserts where it served together with the ginseng and wolfberries. Nicely done!
